to the Doctoral Program in Psychology Universitas Airlangga

Doctoral education is the culmination of formal education series oriented to producing scientists capable of developing and producing scientific findings. Necessitated by enormous demand for doctoral education in psychology in Indonesia, the Doctoral Program in Psychology Universitas Airlangga was established in 2010 based on Decree of Rector of Universitas Airlangga No. 93/H3/KR/2010.

As one of the leading A-accredited psychology doctoral Programs, the program has consistently produced competent graduates and various qualified scientific works generated by our lecturers and students. This is an important contribution to the development of psychology, at both theoretical and practical levels in solving numerous fundamental problems in society.

Accompanied by experienced faculty and supervising teams, students will be encouraged to demonstrate high critical thinking skills and to have analytical and synthesizing ability, so that they can generate new knowledge or adapted results as an accurate application and interpretation of existing knowledge.

We warmly welcome candidates of doctoral students who want to join us and are ready to become distinguished doctors in psychology and are able to substantially contribute to the advancement of science and public welfare.
